Legal framework for spiritual healing in Germany

With the fundamental decision of the Federal Constitutional Court from 2004, it was clearly decided that healers are allowed to work and that no practitioner license is required to practice spiritual / spiritual healing. The Healing Practitioners Act does not apply to healers because they differ from doctors and non-medical practitioners in the type of treatment, e.g. by laying on of hands, which activates the client's self-healing powers, in the manner in which the healing art is practiced and in appearance . Healers make no diagnoses.
